You are on a journey.
Life is a journey and this journey has layers. It has mountains, valleys, twisting paths, unknown destinations, delight, pain, loss, gain, celebration, strength, weakness, and chaos. The good news? You are not alone and there is hope.
We all have stuff.
Through many years of helping people deal with their “stuff,” we’ve found there are four areas or “spheres” we come in contact with most often.

1. Individuals and Leaders
- Become Aware: Become aware of how you are built and why it is important! Together, we will discover your personality, priorities, passions, pain, and process.
- Normalize “Stuff”: All God’s children got “stuff.” We want to normalize brokenness and amplify Christ.
- Take One Step: We are all on a journey, even if we realize it or not. Are you excited or scared? Are you energized or exhausted? Are you focused or scattered? Are you free or overwhelmed? Let’s take the next best step together.
- Discover More: You don’t know what you don’t know. You can’t lead someone somewhere you have not been. You can’t find what do you aren’t looking for. Yes, there’s more!
2. Couples (Marital and Pre-marital)
- 1+1=1: We equip you to be alone together. God created both of you in His image and, yet, you are one in Him.
- Improve Communication: Communication is the number one reason couples don’t survive. We want to help you improve your communication so that you can thrive!
- Create Healthy Boundaries: Pursue your family’s vision, hope, dreams, peace, and values by setting clearly defined and communicated boundaries. It is an art…and it takes work!
- Resolve Conflict: Hey, conflict is normal, expected, and sometimes messy. Conflict can make you stronger as a couple! Let’s show you how!
- Have Fun Together!: Learn one another’s personality, love language, decision-making process, favorites, and values. Learn to have fun together at any age and stage in the relationship!
3. Teams
- Contextual Awareness: Great teams bloom together in the context where they are planted. Values, vision, culture, strategy, structure, systems, mission, purpose, and objectives all play a part.
- Trusting Alignment: An aligned team has powerful momentum. Energy going in one direction can be unstoppable!
- Authentic Communication: Teams need to know each other’s strengths, voice, struggles, and styles to develop authentic communication that can build trust and greater awareness.
- Vision Implementation: So you know where you want to go, but how are you going to get there…strategically? Let’s proactively follow the energy together.
4. Churches and Organizations
- Uncover the “Real” You: Most of the story of your church and organization lies beneath the surface. We have a spherical evaluation to become aware of multiple areas on and beneath the surface.
- Galvanising 3S: Your strategy, structure, and systems need to move your church and organization toward the vision without competing with one another.
- Leadership Development: Whether you are living Ephesians 4:11-12 or creating a pipeline, leadership development sustains the culture you are wishing to create.
- Move Together: A church and organization can be like a body, working and moving together. If one part suffers, the whole body suffers!
The Six2 Podcast
The Six2 podcast is based on Galatians 6:2, “Carry each other’s burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ.”
This podcast is a place where Mike & Charity will cover a variety of topics from different perspectives to help leaders who are burdened,
